John Deere mower Save-A-Deck, Deck Repair, Front Hanger

John Deere Deck Repair, Front Hanger, Z series, Zero Turn John Deere does a lot correct but this attachment method leaves a bit to be desired.  After so many hours of service the front hanger bar for the deck will wear through the deck mounting tabs.   The tabs are welded to the main deck. A new deck is in the order of $1000, so short of welding something I offer Save-a-Deck. What will these fit?  If the bottom of your bar from the deck is about .6" as shown in the diagram, and the bar is 7/16" (it really measures something like 0.425") this will fit.  This fixture allows a bearing surface of 5x greater than the steel tab on the deck.  I am not able to give specific model numbers but if you go by my description it will fit. How hard is it to install?  Included are some general directions.  You need some mechanical ability to mount this but in the end you: 1.  need some drill bits and wrenches (the deck should not need to be removed on most zero turns) 2.  align the fixture 3.  drill a hole using the fixture as a guide (double - triple check this as this needs to be correct) 4.  attach with bolts, pack with grease 5.  go cut grass I am not responsible for errors in mounting! If you do not feel capable of mounting do not order or have your dealer or mechanic buddy install it.
